When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed the day of or after you order, and we shipped them out the next day. You'll usually get them between 1-5 days after your packaged is shipped.

 

What if my item is damaged?
If your item is damaged upon your arrival, you will have 3 days to contact us with a picture of the damaged item and we'll determine your refund.
 

I believe my item is lost, what should I do?

If you have not received your order in over a long time, we recommend you call USPS, we will not be liable for lost packages, please make sure you put your full address.

 

If your item is returned back to us because of a address error?

If your order is returned back to us by USPS due to a address error we will reship it, and this process will take 3-10 days.

 

How to use my gift card?

On the payment page click on (Redeem a gift card) then type in your gift card code. Be sure to check your email for the code.
